Force of Habit, by Alice Loweecey

Okay, so maybe the dialogue is poorly written, but it was fun to read a book that has a decent plot, a bit of humor, and a good pace.  A two-day read!  Guila Falcone is a former nun, one year out of the convent, and Frank Driscoll is her detective boss.  They are hired to find out who is sending strange, biblical, and vaguely threatening messages to a womanizing man and his fiance. Loweecey is herself a former nun, and she makes Guila's difficulties adjusting to a secular life believable, funny and touching.
