Wicked Autumn, by G. M. Malliet

A light as air cozy village mystery with some lovely characters, chief among them the dishy Anglican priest Max Tudor, formerly of MI5, and his close friend, the new age shop owner, Awena Owen.  Because of the impossibly incompetent village constable, Max is recruited to interview the many suspects in the murder of Women's Institute terror, Wanda Batton-Smythe.  I hope there is more mayhem to come in Nether Monkslip.
