The second Wyatt book. In this one, Wyatt is his usual smart, methodical, careful self, but everyone else seems to have all the luck. He follows his three rules for keeping out of jail (1. people who cross you will do it again -- never give them a break; 2. never let your feelings affect your judgement; and 3. never tell the people you work with more than they need to know) except when it comes to Anna Reid. The bad guys include a drug/gun runner, a gambling bank manager, a gambling private detective, and a prison officer.
