Old Haunts, by E. J. Copperman
The Haunted Guesthouse series is pretty sweet. Alison and her daughter Melissa live in a guesthouse that is haunted by Paul (a PI when living) and Maxie (a bit of a diva both living and dead). Luckily they've turned the haunting into a selling point. Here Alison tries to find the killer of Maxie's dead husband and locate Paul's last love, while trying to figure out her ex-husband's real agenda in coming to the Jersey Shore. Light-weight and humorous.
